A casual virtual space for doulas to come together, exhale, and be in community.

Birth work can be beautiful, meaningful, and heavy. This Zoom gathering is a chance to decompress with people who get it. We’ll chat, share stories if we want to, process the hard stuff, celebrate the good stuff, and simply enjoy being in a room with other doulas who understand the emotional weight of this work.

There’s no pressure, no performance, and no need to have the “right” words. Come as you are. Whether you want to talk, listen, laugh, vent, or just feel a little less alone in this work, you’re welcome here.
