Doula Consult

Want to see if we're a good fit? Whether in person, virtual, or over the phone, I offer a free, one hour consult to talk all about your upcoming birth and goals. This time gives you the opportunity to learn more about what a doula does, the different packages that I offer, and gives me a chance to understand the type of birth that you desire.

Did you get everything from your baby registry and no don't know what to do with it all? Do you have a stack of baby clothes that you still need to wash and put away? A pile of nursery furniture that you just don't know when you'll be able to assemble? Have so much to do before baby arrives that you just can't seem to organize it all in your brain?

I'm here to help you! I pride myself on my ability to organize and problem solve space-saving solutions in the home. I'll come to your home and help get you organized and set you up to bring home your baby!

Payment Plans Available

this package includes:

  • 30 minute consultation to access and prioritize your needs.

  • 8 hour session set aside for helping you prepare for your baby. This task list is curated for each client, but could include options like:​

  • Cleaning the breast pump parts and putting together a breastfeeding station.

  • ​Assembling strollers, bassinets, cribs, and any other baby gear.​

  • Properly installing the car seat.​

  • Setting up a changing station with diapers and wipes.

  • Packing the hospital bag.

  • Washing, drying, and folding baby's newborn clothes, crib sheets, and blankets.

  • Finishing the nursery.

Add-ons

make it a Party!  —  $150

Include your family and friends in your "nesting," and allow me to host a Nesting Party on your behalf! Instead of your average baby shower, ​a nesting party is a small gathering of close family and friends that come together to support the parents-to-be get ready for baby’s arrival by doing household tasks that may have gone by the wayside. This add-on would include me doing the following:

  • Create a Facebook Event for the party and invite all (agreed upon) guests.

  • Prepare a curated list of tasks to be completed.

​

  • Ensure all necessary supplies are purchased or available prior to the party. 

​

  • Delegate tasks and jobs to partygoers.

​

  • Allow the parents-to-be to have a stress free day!

Don't think one day is enough to get everything you want done? Have a larger nursery project in mind that you need a helping hand for? Not to worry! I can make myself available to help you for multiple days.

NOTE: Depending on my schedule, the number of days you purchase may not be consecutive. Nesting days will be scheduled after purchase.

unraveled Birth package

The UNRAVELED Birth Support Package is a great option for expectant parents looking for an inclusive Doula support experience during their birth, with a little extra help on preparing for the baby before the day arrives. In this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways:

this package includes:

  • 2 in-person or virtual prenatal sessions

  • Support throughout labor and immediate postpartum. I will be present at the place of birth for the first 2 hours after birth. Beyond that, I will also continue to be available for support virtually, by phone, email up to 6 weeks postpartum.

  • 1 postpartum home visits to ensure things are on the right track and to help alleviate any of your concerns or provide you with any necessary resources.

  • 1 extra prenatal or postpartum session of the parent's choosing.

  • 4 hours of in-home Nesting help to help parent's in whatever way they choose.*

* See Nesting Package inclusions for more information on what I can help you with. More hours can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Birth Plan Creation. Together, we will build a birth that you are confident in. Doing this together allows me to fully advocate for your wishes wherever you might give birth.

  • Available by phone, email, or text from the time of contract sign on; allowing 24 hours for non-urgent responses.

  • Available by phone, email, or text up to 3 months postpartum.

  • On call 24/7 staring at 2 weeks before your estimated due date up until you give birth. "On call" means that I must be within 2 hours of your location and will be available day or night by phone.

  • Raw birth photos from my phone during my time at your birth.*

* I am in no way a professional photographer, but I will take photos throughout your labor and birth to make sure the memories are captured. If you WOULD like a professional photographer, I can also recommend you some amazing options in the area.

  • Labor support wherever you are giving birth: hospital, birth center, or at home.

  • A non-judgmental listening ear.

  • A sense of humor. YES, it is possible to smile your way through labor.

  • A customized Woven Within postpartum box curated and assembled by yours truly.

intertwined Birth package

The INTERTWINED Birth Support Package is a great option for expectant parents looking for an inclusive Doula support experience With the typical amount of support. In this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways:

Indiana Map

areas I serve:

I live in the Anderson area, but I am willing to travel to many places in central Indiana. As shown on the map, anywhere within 1 hour of my home is included in the price of my services, but for an additional Travel Fee, I will drive a bit further to support you in whatever capacity you need me.

 

Keep in mind that the further I am from you, paired with the amount of notice you give me to attend your birth, may potentially result in me missing your birth; however, we can work together to, as much as we are able, ensure this does not happen.

If I cannot make it to your birth location within an hour, I charge a travel fee to ensure I can support you in the best possible. My  Travel cap is currently 1 hour+ 45 minutes.
