Service Description

The INTERTWINED Birth Support Package is a great option for expectant parents looking for an inclusive Doula support experience With the typical amount of support. In this package expectant mothers and families will be provided service in the following ways: - 2 in-person or virtual prenatal sessions - Support throughout labor and immediate postpartum. I will be present at the place of birth for the first 2 hours after birth. Beyond that, I will also continue to be available for support virtually, by phone, email up to 6 weeks postpartum. - 1 postpartum home visits to ensure things are on the right track and to help alleviate any of your concerns or provide you with any necessary resources. - 1 extra prenatal or postpartum session of the parent's choosing. - 4 hours of in-home Nesting help to help parent's in whatever way they choose.* - Birth Plan Creation. Together, we will build a birth that you are confident in. Doing this together allows me to fully advocate for your wishes wherever you might give birth. - Available by phone, email, or text from the time of contract sign on; allowing 24 hours for non-urgent responses. - Available by phone, email, or text up to 3 months postpartum. - On call 24/7 staring at 2 weeks before your estimated due date up until you give birth. "On call" means that I must be within 2 hours of your location and will be available day or night by phone. - Raw birth photos from my phone during my time at your birth.** - Labor support wherever you are giving birth: hospital, birth center, or at home. - A non-judgmental listening ear. - A sense of humor. YES, it is possible to smile your way through labor. - A customized Woven Within postpartum box curated and assembled by yours truly. * See Nesting Package inclusions for more information on what I can help you with. More hours can be arranged for an additional fee. ** I am in no way a professional photographer, but I will take photos throughout your labor and birth to make sure the memories are captured.
